Dr. Attila Bocsak is currently in an in-house position, his practice is non-operational.

Dr. Attila Bocsák is a founding partner of Bocsák & Szuchy Law Offices. Previously, between 1999 and 2006, he was a senior associate of the corporate and IT law practice group at Köves Clifford Chance (Budapest office), then he worked in a similar position at Kővári Tercsák Salans Attorneys. Recently, he was the legal director of a Central European regional telecommunications company for nine years.

During his professional career he has provided legal support in diverse fields of information technology, telecommunications and e-commerce, both domestically and internationally. His expertise covers legal matters in both the corporate and the government sector, including, among others, regulatory and harmonisation issues and hardware supply and software licensing agreements, as well as diligence procedures. As a legal director, he gained significant experience in resolving labour grievances and disputes, as well as in handling litigious matters. He speaks Hungarian, English and German.

He gained his doctorate in law at Eötvös Loránd University (summa cum laude). He continued his studies at the University of Basel (Master of Advanced European studies) and Boston University, before obtaining the Master of Law (LL.M.) title in Information and Communication Technology Law at the University of Pécs.
